Some card payments, ACH payments, and refunds through Builder Prime Payments have been failing with a timeout error. This also affects payments customers make through the online payment portal. The issue is with an upstream processing partner, and they are working on a fix.
If a payment shows a timeout error, please don’t retry it right away. A timed-out payment may still have gone through, so retrying could charge your customer twice. Check the payment on the project first, or wait for our next update.
